WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
I was only seven when I made my first kantaifi, growing up in a family patisserie. It was there that my passion for pastry first began.
REDISCOVERING MY PASSION.
Although I had chosen a completely different path, returning to Naxos in 2015 changed everything. A homemade galaktoboureko shared with friends reminded me how much I loved creating desserts for others.
THE BEGINNING OF SIROPIASTO.
I knew I could not imagine a future without pastry. On April 6, 2016, I opened my own pastry shop in Naxos, turning a childhood passion into my everyday life.
TRADITION, CREATIVITY & EVOLUTION.
Since then, seminars and training around the world have helped us constantly develop our craft. We have refined our own pastry and ice-cream recipes while remaining especially proud of our traditional siropiasta—the sweets that inspired our name.Our Specialties
